This Nelson 40 is one of a series of 6 police patrol ships built in 1967 for Abu-Dhabi and was numbered P401. In 1986 she fell into English hands, badly neglected. No expense or effort has been spared in the following 5 years to turn it into a beautiful motor yacht. The polyester work of the hull was thoroughly addressed, as well as the aluminum part of the superstructure. Externally, the wheelhouse was changed and the fly bridge removed. The paneling was done in teak. In 1991 this Nelson 40 came into service as a yacht.
In 1996 Ford Sabre engines were replaced by Perkins Saber engines.
In 2004 the last major refit was carried out by Jachtbouw Zevenhuizen B.V.
