Experience HISWA te Water
Since 2018, the Hiswa te Water, Northern Europe’s largest in-water boat show, has taken place at the Bataviahaven in Lelystad. After two well-attended editions (2018 and 2019) in this well-known, centrally located water sports town came the familiar coronagraphs. The physical 2020 & 2021 editions had to make way for online variants.
In 2022, the Hiswa te Water was back and how. In an as good as sold-out house and sun-drenched Bataviahaven, it was a lovely place to be. With more than 30,000 visitors in an excellent atmosphere, the third edition in Lelystad was a great success. The quay and jetties of the Bataviahaven were buzzing with positive reports. The new location, the layout of the port, the decoration, the wide range of boats, the diversity of quayside exhibitors and, of course, the trial sailing, everything seemed to contribute to a positive atmosphere.
With 424 boats, the 2023 edition of the Hiswa te Water was bigger than ever and even a waiting list had to be used. The stands on the quay were also completely sold out.
On to a phenomenal 2024 edition
The 39th edition of the Hiswa te Water will take place in 2024 at, of course, Bataviahaven Lelystad. The port will once again be transformed into the Valhalla for every type of water sports enthusiast. As it looks now, the harbour will again be completely full and all stands on the quay and in the large entrance tent will be occupied. Like no other fair, the Hiswa te Water will become the event where you can inform and orientate yourself about everything nautical water sports have to offer.
