This Princess 45 is in good condition; the interior is in a beautiful condition and the current owner has the skye around the windows replaced and the skye finishing lists with oak finishing lists. The floors in the wheel house and foreship were also renewed in 2018.
The central heating makes the motor yacht suitable for a long stay on board.
With the current owner, the Princess 45 is in a hall every year. The motor yacht was polished in 2018.
