This Valk Kotter 1000 with the name 'Valkenhorst' is 1 of the first yachts put on the market by P. Valk. The original dates from around 1960 with a completely wooden structure. One copy was built. The current owner had the cutter completely rebuilt in 2005, while retaining only the hull (!!).
The decks and superstructure carried out by Scheepsbouw Kroes and the interior by Wija from Grouw. All equipment, engine, tanks, paneling dates from 2005! Nothing has been saved on the refit.
The Valk Cutter 1000 is a very nice lined cutter which can also be used as a motor sailer, the rigging is included.
